Transportation

For the safety, security, and convenience of students, faculty, and staff, Jeypore School of Engineering and Technology provides bus transportation facilities. The bus routes, pickup points, and timings are clearly defined and communicated in advance to ensure smooth commuting.

The college has engaged qualified and experienced drivers to ensure safe travel.

Transport facility and seat allotment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

The transport schedule is designed to ensure that buses reach the campus at least 10 minutes before the commencement of college hours.

Each student availing the institute’s transport facility will be issued a bus pass bearing the seal of the Administrative Officer or an authorized representative. Students must carry the bus pass and produce it for verification whenever required.

Students shall produce transport fee receipts on demand.

Students are advised to report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.

Students arriving after the bus has departed from the boarding point must arrange their own transportation.

In the evening, buses will depart from the campus strictly according to the scheduled timings.

No change in bus routes or schedules is permitted.

Transport services will operate during the academic year as per the institutional academic calendar. No transport facility will be available during summer or winter vacations.

Transport services are scheduled primarily based on the academic calendar of Diploma programs. Students of other programs shall align accordingly.

In case of unforeseen breakdowns en route, students are expected to cooperate with the management and make alternate arrangements. However, the institution will make every effort to minimize inconvenience.

No student will be permitted to board the bus without a valid bus pass and College Identity Card.
